How are workspace seats counted?

AnswerSeats are how many people share this workspace’s corpus, articles, and quota. Free, Starter, and Pro are 1 each. Team is 5, Scale 15, Agency 50. Enterprise is listed as custom. The count is on the plan; see plans. Settings shows the workspace id. Public pages do not document an invite flow.

Seats follow the plan, not the wallet

Starter at $20/mo and Pro at $49/mo stay at 1 seat. Share a line only on Team and above. Article count, images, rank checks, and video seconds are separate meters—writing quota. Wallet top-ups do not add seats.

Everyone in the workspace shares material and quota. Switch workspace when you switch brand or customer. Do not file two companies into one corpus; see keep rivals out.

What Settings actually shows

Settings is titled workspace and extension binding. After sign-in you see display name, email, and workspace id. There is no member list and no public invite button. Do not assume email invites from another SaaS.

Check which set you are in before you write. The wrong workspace is the wrong brand. The extension is bound to this set; see install the extension.

Do this

  1. Open plans and read how many people this tier includes.
  2. In Settings, confirm the workspace id is the set you mean to use.
  3. If you need more people, upgrade to a tier with more seats instead of splitting the corpus.
  4. Switch workspace when you switch customer. Do not mix meters.

Short answers

Can a wallet top-up add a seat?
No. Balance pays images, video, rank, and dubbing overage. More people means a higher plan, or Enterprise by agreement.
If one login has several workspaces, how do seats add up?
Seats follow that workspace’s plan, not the email. Check Settings for which set is current.
