How do I add people to a workspace when seats run out?

AnswerSettings is “workspace and extension binding.” After sign-in you see display name, email, workspace id, and sign out. There is no member list and no invite control. Public pages do not document sending or accepting an invite. Headcount is the plan seat cap: Free through Pro 1, Team 5, Scale 15, Agency 50, Enterprise custom. What a workspace is: workspace.

Do not treat a shared login as an invite

“Register a workspace” on Settings creates a set for a new account. It does not insert someone into yours. Handing a password or a signed-in browser to a vendor lends corpus and drafts. That is not adding a seat.

Seat copy on Plans is “how many people.” Wallet top-ups do not add seats. Numbers: seats.

Do not mix workspaces

One customer, one set of material. If the id in Settings is wrong, you are writing the wrong brand. Rival facts do not belong in this corpus; see keep rivals out.

The extension registers to this set. Before someone else works, confirm the workspace, then install the extension; see install the extension.

Do this

  1. Open Settings and confirm this workspace id is the set you mean.
  2. Open Plans and read how many people this tier includes.
  3. Need more people: move to a plan with more seats. Do not share one login as an “invite.”
  4. Switch workspace when you switch customer. Do not mix material.

Short answers

Can I email an invite?
Public pages do not list invite steps, and Settings has no such control. Do not assume a mail link.
Can three people share Pro at $49?
Not on the public seat cap. Pro is 1 seat. Sharing a line starts at Team (5 seats) or higher.
