How does the topic factory work?

AnswerThe topic factory is a board for titles, not another chat. Create one topic yourself, or let AI mine a batch from a theme. Open a card and the brief slides in from the right; when you accept it, the writer locks that title. Do not write the full article on the board.

Two ways to collect topics

“Create one”: type a title, optionally a one-line brief (who it is for, what to say), then save the card.

“Let AI mine a batch”: give a theme or seed. Keep the titles you can actually write. Keywords can widen seeds before you file them on the board.

What happens after the card

Open the card, edit the brief, then go to the writer. The factory title becomes this piece’s title; brand facts only land where they serve the topic. See How do I turn a topic into a publishable master draft?. What’s out there starts as a model pass in market; you edit before marking items usable—How do market research packs work, and what do I edit after the model runs?. Proven copy goes in hits; the writer can opt in.

Finished drafts sit in copy. The same line can become podcasts, scripts, and video. Pages is its own lane: you describe the page; factory output is only reference material. The full factory list is the left nav after login.

Do this

  1. Open the topic factory.
  2. Create a title, or mine a batch and keep the usable ones.
  3. Open the card, fix the brief, send it to the writer.
  4. After the master draft, decide whether to sync, dub, or make a video.

Short answers

How is the factory different from the writer?
The factory owns titles and briefs. The writer owns the article. Do not draft long copy on the board.
Must I write every mined title?
No. Drop the weak ones. GEO needs citable claims, not volume. What Dianwu is: What is Dianwu?.
